Community and School Based Behavioral Health
CenClear, a provider of mental health services, is seeking dedicated and self-motivated individuals for multiple full-time position within our Community and School Based Behavioral Health program.
As a Mobile Therapist, the successful candidates will be a part of a flexible work environment, providing high-quality, direct, and intensive treatment to help our clients respond to their daily environment. Hours
- This is a full-time position.
- 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
- This includes school day coverage and evenings availability at least twice per week.
Location
This position will work in the Curwensville Elementary School located in Curwensville, PA.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology or social Work field of study. Master’s degree should have had a practicum or internship.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with children in a mental health setting is preferred.
- License-eligible or currently licensed as a Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or National Certified Counselor.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral and therapeutic supports to clients within the program through a variety of treatment modalities, including the family system model.
- Assess client and family current levels of functioning and outcomes and assess for the presence of co-occurring disorders.
- Comply with strengths-based treatment planning, treatment note and other paperwork requirements within the designated programmatic deadlines.
- Utilize principles of trauma informed care in treatment as appropriate to an individual client or family.
- Create a collaborative environment and establish a therapeutic culture that supports a positive behavioral support model.
- Offer consultation and training to the school on specific behavioral health issues.
- Schedule and facilitate collaboration and team meetings with team members at time-of-service initiation and renewal as well as at other times as deemed appropriate.
- Establish a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients and parents.
- Provide on-call crisis and triage services as scheduled.
- Complete other tasks as requested by management team.
